Bluegreen Via Roma Beach Resort

Keep in mind I'm here during December. The location is centrally located so it's equal distance from attractions on either side of the island. The beach was nice but the pools are not toddler friendly. The room though is very nice on the inside.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are nice but wish the tile floors were cleaner. Floor is swept but feet are black after walking on tile. Pool and jacuzzi are well maintained and have handicap accessible seats. Restrooms are only available in rooms and laundry facility. Pool area is right on the beach and perfect sunset view from pergola! Overall great place!

Via Roma Beach Resort is a great place to stay on Bradenton Beach. The rooms are nicely renovated, clean, and modern, making the stay very comfortable. The location is excellent—just steps from the beach—and there are several good restaurants within easy walking distance, which is a big plus. The only reason for the slightly reduced rating was a mix-up during check-in and arrival that caused some inconvenience at the start of the stay. While it was frustrating initially, the overall experience was still very positive thanks to the accommodations and location. Overall, a solid choice for a beach getaway, especially if you value updated rooms and being close to both the beach and dining options.

Second year coming and i love it!! Amazing rooms and view!! And we are located perfectly near everything you need on the island. I would give that last extra star, BUT i do feel the pool needs to be cleaned more, people’s residual body oil was caked on the sides of the pools and sitting a float on the water, we stayed Saturday to Friday and the pool got cloudy mid week and was never shocked or cleaned. But other than that everyone is great here and it’s always FAMILY oriented which we LOVE! Will be back!

We stayed at this resort with two bedrooms and full kitchen as guests. Checked in with a nice and friendly front desk lady, we had great time. Enjoyed sunsets by the resort and sunrises at the different parks almost every day. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening, met new friends…we liked the king size bed and comfortable sheets, everything was great! Thanks again!

Beach motel renovated into a Bluegreen timeshare. Rooms are updated and feel modern. The main selling point is it’s in a great location on Anna Maria Island. Highly recommend staying here!

Loved the hot tub and proximity to the ocean. Staff was kind to put us on ground floor at my request. My hubby just finished chemo so I wanted it easy, no stairs. Great bed he was able to rest well. Although the kitchen was a little outdated it was wonderful, had everything you need. Myself, my sister and daughter had a great time cooking in the kitchen. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I like the covered shelter facing the beach. It was a safe shelter from the sun for all of us to enjoy the view of the beach. Laundry was on the other side of the road, a minor inconvenience. I am sure we will return! ;-)

The resort is absolutely amazing. The staff is great and very friendly. The sunset view is breathtaking along with sunrise. You're close to a lot of the beach shops which are just down the road. Great dining and nightlife atmosphere is down the road as well. It's in a perfect location. If you get a chance to visit you'll definitely not regret it. The pool is really nice and you get an excellent view of the beach from your room. If you decide to do the timeshare you'll definitely be happy that you made the purchase. They have night time security so you'll feel safe. I was impressed with how nice the security officer was on duty. He's very helpful.
